Gateshead Talking Therapies offer a free and confidential NHS service for people aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP in Gateshead. We provide a range of psychological therapies to help you feel better if you’re anxious, depressed, stressed or worried.

Where is the Service provided from?
How to make a referral?
Clients can self-refer by calling Gateshead Talking Therapies on 0191 283 2541 (Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm).
Also, GPs can refer a client or provide them with one of our self-referral booklets.
